The Breath-Spine-Core system is composed of two programs: the Optimal Breathing & Taiji Qigong Programs; both exploring the many connections between our breath, spine & core.

In the Optimal Breathing Program, we first orient to these three pillars of health by developing optimal breathing-patterns; and in the Taichi Qigong Program, we orient to them through gentle and easy to learn exercises that combine focussed breathing with fluid-motions that heal, strengthen, and nourish the spine and whole body.
